CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF POST-CONSTRUCTION ANCHOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a post-construction anchor capable of properly fixing the anchor, by properly injecting a hardening agent into a bored hole.SOLUTION: A construction method of a post-construction anchor includes: a boring process S1 of providing a bored hole 2 of a predetermined diameter by boring a hole in a concrete wall surface 1; an injection process S4 of injecting a hardening agent 7 into the bored hole 2; a burying process S5 of burying one end of an anchor 4 into the bored hole 2 to which the hardening agent 7 was injected; and a hardening process S6 of hardening the hardening agent 7 in a state where the one end of the anchor 4 is buried in the bored hole 2. When executing the injection process S4, after inserting a tip of a cylindrical injection nozzle 5 up to the bottom of the bored hole 2, the hardening agent 7 is injected into the bored hole 2 from an opening 51 formed on the tip, and pressure from the injected hardening agent 7 is received by a pressure receiving surface 6 on the tip to retreat the injection nozzle 5.
【課題】穿孔穴に適切に硬化剤を注入し、アンカーを適切に固定することのできる後施工アンカーの施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート造りの壁面1を穿孔して所定の径の穿孔穴2を設ける穿孔工程S1と、前記穿孔穴2の中に硬化剤7を注入する注入工程S4と、前記硬化剤7が注入された穿孔穴2の中にアンカー4の一端を埋込む埋込み工程S5と、前記アンカー4の一端を前記穿孔穴2の中に埋め込んだ状態で前記硬化剤7を硬化させる硬化工程S6と、を含む後施工アンカーの施工方法であって、前記注入工程S4を行うにあたり、筒状の注入ノズル5の先端を前記穿孔穴2の底部まで挿入した後、前記先端に形成されている開口部51から前記穿孔穴2内に前記硬化剤7を注入し、注入された前記硬化剤7からの圧力を前記先端の受圧面6で受けて前記注入ノズル5を後退させることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
