To provide a laminate type electronic component by which high reliability can be ensured.SOLUTION: A dielectric layer 11 contains, as elements, Ba, Ti, Si, Re which is a rare earth element, and M (M is at least one element selected from among Mn, Ni, Co, Fe, Cr, Cu, Mg, Li, Al, Mo, W and V). The laminate 10 has: an electrode mutually-opposed part 13a where internal electrode layers 12 are opposed to each other through the respective dielectric layers 11; and an outer peripheral portion 13b surrounding the electrode mutually-opposed part 13a. When amounts of the elements included in the dielectric layer 11 in the electrode mutually-opposed part 13a are represented by pts.mol, a Si amount a satisfies 0.01≤a≤0.1, a Re amount b satisfies 0.1≤b≤3.0, an M amount c satisfies 0.2≤c≤5.0, assuming that a Ti amount is 100. A ratio m of a Ba amount to a Ti amount satisfies 0.965≤m≤0.990.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
