LAMINATE TYPE ELECTRONIC COMPONENT
To provide a laminate type electronic component including a dielectric layer which has a high specific dielectric constant and a high specific resistance at a high temperature.SOLUTION: A laminate type electronic part 10 comprises at least a pair of electrode layers 4A and 4B, and a dielectric layer 2 located between the pair of electrode layers 4A and 4B. The dielectric layer 2 is a dielectric porcelain composition containing a perovskite type of oxide. The perovskite type of oxide is represented by a following chemical formula 1: (1-x)(BiαK1-α)TiO3-xBi(MgβTi1-β)O3 (1), where x in the chemical formula 1 is 0.30 or larger and 0.70 or smaller; α in the chemical formula 1 is larger than 0.00 and smaller than 1.00; β in the chemical formula 1 is larger than 0.00 and smaller than 1.00; and the dielectric layer 2 shows specific resistance of 1×1010 Ωcm or larger at 200°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
