SLEEVE BLOCK DEVICE, SLEEVE, BUSHING, SLEEVE BLOCK STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SLEEVE BLOCK STRUCTURE
To provide a sleeve block device for facilitating the installation work of a block sheet, a sleeve, a busing, a sleeve block structure and a manufacturing method of the sleeve block structure.SOLUTION: A sleeve 20 of a sleeve block structure is arranged at a fireproof hollow wall W in a state of penetrating the fireproof hollow wall W in a thickness direction, forms a protrusion 21 protruding from a surface of the fireproof hollow wall W in the thickness direction, and is inserted with a wiring/piping material 13. The block sheet 30 is wound to an external peripheral face of the protrusion 21 and an external peripheral face of the wiring/piping material 13, and blocks a clearance between the wiring/piping material 13 which is withdrawn from the protrusion 21 and the protrusion 21. An index part 22 is arranged at the external peripheral face of the protrusion 21. The index part 22 is arranged in a position separated to the fireproof hollow wall W side along an axial direction rather than an end in the axial direction of the sleeve 20 located at the protrusion 21, and indicates a regulation length along the axial direction from the end of the protrusion 21 of the block sheet 30 which should be wound to the external peripheral face of the protrusion 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】閉塞シートの設置作業を容易にするスリーブ閉塞装置、スリーブ、ブッシング、スリーブ閉塞構造、及びスリーブ閉塞構造の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】スリーブ閉塞構造のスリーブ20は、防火中空壁Wを厚さ方向に貫通する状態で防火中空壁Wに設置され、厚さ方向における防火中空壁Wの表面から突出する突出部21を形成するとともに配線・配管材13が挿通される。閉塞シート30は、突出部21の外周面及び配線・配管材13の外周面に巻き付けられるとともに突出部21から引き出された配線・配管材13と突出部21との間の隙間を塞ぐ。指標部22は、突出部21の外周面に設けられる。指標部22は、突出部21に位置するスリーブ20の軸方向の端よりも軸方向に沿って防火中空壁W側へ離間した位置に設けられ、突出部21の外周面に巻き付けるべき閉塞シート30の突出部21の端からの軸方向に沿った規定長さを示す。【選択図】図2
