To provide a sliding bearing device capable of being easily installed according to a height position of an upper structure.SOLUTION: A sliding bearing device 50 supports a building main body 40 so as to move horizontally with respect to a steel plate 51 on a mat slab 20. The sliding bearing device 50 comprises: a sliding plate 52 slidable on the steel plate 51; and a hydraulic jack 54 provided on the sliding plate 52 and vertically slidable. The hydraulic jack 54 is bolt-fixed to the sliding plate 52 and supports a lower end face of a protruding portion 41 of the building main body 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
