FRAME MATERIAL CONNECTION STRUCTURE, CONNECTING METHOD, AND METAL FITTING FOR THE SAME
To further reduce the amount of labor, in a frame material connection structure for connecting a vertical frame and a horizontal frame in an orthogonal manner, required to fasten two members.SOLUTION: A horizontal frame 2 has a lower hole 2a for a connecting shaft that is drilled from a wood surface along the longitudinal direction of a member, and a metal fitting installation hole 2b in the middle of the lower hole 2a for the connecting shaft, which is connected in a direction perpendicular to the lower hole 2a for the connecting shaft, and whose one end faces the outside. The vertical frame 3 has a connecting shaft insertion hole 3a which is punched from an outer surface in the thickness direction. Under a condition that the connecting shaft insertion hole 3a of the vertical frame 3 and the lower hole 2a for the connecting shaft of the horizontal frame 2 are aligned in a straight line, a connection receiver 4, which has an inverted U-shaped screw engagement groove 4a that opens toward a tip side, is installed in the metal fitting installation hole 2b. The horizontal frame 2 and the vertical frame 3 are connected by the engagement groove 4a of the connection receiver 4 engaging a narrow diameter 5c of a connection shaft 5 inserted through the connection shaft insertion hole 3a of the vertical frame 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】縦枠と横枠とを直交する状態で連結するための枠材の連結構造であって、両部材を締結するための作業の更なる省力化を図る。【解決手段】横枠2は木口面から部材長手方向に沿って穿設された連結軸用下孔2aと、この連結軸用下孔2aの中間位置に、前記連結軸用下孔2aと直交する方向に連通するとともに、一端が外部に臨む金具設置孔2bとを有し、前記縦枠3は外側面から厚み方向に貫通する連結軸挿入孔3aを有し、前記縦枠3の連結軸挿入孔3aと前記横枠2の連結軸用下孔2aとを直線上に一致させた状態で、先端側に向けて開口する略逆U字形状のネジ係合溝4aを有する連結受具4が前記金具設置孔2bに設置され、前記縦枠3の連結軸挿入孔3aから挿入された連結軸5の細径部5cに前記連結受具4の係合溝4aが係合することにより前記横枠2と縦枠3とが連結されている。【選択図】図3
