To provide a building surface material, a partition wall and a construction method thereof capable of eliminating an increase in material cost and construction labor when a double-sided tape and an adhesive are used together without using fixing means such as a staple.SOLUTION: In a building surface material 10, a sheet-like adhesive 20 is adhered to one wide surface 11 of the building surface material 10; the sheet-like adhesive 20 includes an adhesive layer 21 exposed to the outside, and a plurality of non-adhesive convex members 25 adhered to a surface 21a of the adhesive layer 21 and protruding outward from the adhesive layer 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ステープル等の固定手段を用いることなく、さらに、両面テープと接着剤の併用の際の材料コストの増加や施工手間を解消することのできる、建築用面材と、間仕切壁及びその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】建築用面材１０であり、建築用面材１０の一方の広幅面１１に、シート状接着剤２０が接着されており、シート状接着剤２０は、外側に露出している粘着層２１と、粘着層２１の表面２１ａに接着されていて粘着層２１よりも外側に張り出している非粘着性の複数の凸部材２５とを備えている。【選択図】図１
