METHOD OF ADJUSTING HEIGHT OF UPPER AND LOWER FLOOR AND JIG FOR ADJUSTING HEIGHT OF UPPER AND LOWER FLOOR
To eliminate a step and align the height of floorboards when the heights of the floorboards of building units on the upper floors are different.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of adjusting the height difference between building units 1 adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction via a gap 101 using a jig 40 for adjusting the heights of upper and lower floors. The method is realized to execute: a step of, when heights of floorboards 17A and 17B of building units 1b and 1d on upper floors adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction with the gap 101 are different with each other, inserting a rod member 41 from the bottom end of the gap 101 while allowing the other end of the rod member 41 to protrude from the other end of the gap 101 between the floorboards 17A and 17B; and a step of, after attaching an upper plate member 43 and a washer 44 to a male screw part 41a of the other end of the rod member 41, raising a lower girder roof girder 13B by a lower plate member 42 while indirectly lowering the higher floor plate 17A across the gap 101 by the upper plate member 43 with the fastening force that fastens a nut 45 to the male screw part 41a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】上層階の建物ユニットの床板同士の高さが異なっている場合に、段差を無くし床板の高さを揃えることを可能とする。【解決手段】上下階高さ調整用治具40を用いて、隙間101を介して水平方向に隣り合う建物ユニット1の高さを調整する上下階高さ調整方法である。そして、隙間101を挟んで水平方向に隣接する上層階の建物ユニット1b、1dの床板17A、17Bの高さが異なる場合に、隙間101の下端からロッド部材41を挿入して、他端部を床板17A、17Bの間の隙間101の他端から突出させるステップと、ロッド部材41の他端部の雄ねじ部41aに上側板部材43とワッシャ44とを装着し、さらに、雄ねじ部41aにナット45を締結する締結力で、低い方の桁屋根大梁13Bを下側板部材42により上昇させ、隙間101を挟む高い方の床板17Aを上側板部材43により間接的に下降させるステップとを実行する。【選択図】図7
