METHOD OF ADJUSTING HEIGHT OF UPPER AND LOWER FLOOR AND JIG FOR ADJUSTING HEIGHT OF UPPER AND LOWER FLOOR
To eliminate a step and align the height of floorboards, when the heights of the floorboards of building units on the upper floors are different.SOLUTION: When the heights of building units 1 adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction across a gap 101 are different, an upper locking member 52 is inserted from between girder roof girders 13A and 13B on the lower floors upward along the gap 101 together with a rod member 51. After positioning the upper locking member 52 at the height between floor panels 17A, 17B and floor girders 12A, 12B, the rod member 51 is rotated and the upper locking member 52 is inserted into a gap 102. Subsequently, the rod member 51 is pulled down to bridge the upper locking member 52 between the floor girders 12A, 12B, and a lower plate member 53 is attached to the lower end of the rod member 51. Further, a nut 55 is fastened onto a male screw part 51a to give a fastening force to the upper faces of the floor girders 12A, 12B and the lower faces of the roof girders 13A, 13B with the upper locking member 52 and the lower plate member 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14B
【課題】上層階の建物ユニットの床板同士の高さが異なっている場合に、段差を無くし床板の高さを揃えることを可能とする。【解決手段】隙間101を挟んで水平方向に隣接する建物ユニット1の高さが異なる場合に、上側係止部材52を、下層階の桁屋根大梁13A、13Bの間からロッド部材51と共に隙間101に沿って上方に挿入し、床板17A、17Bと桁床大梁12A、12Bとの間の高さに配置させ、ロッド部材51を回転させて、上側係止部材52を、空間102に挿入させ、さらに、ロッド部材51を下方に引き下げ、上側係止部材52を、桁床大梁12A、12Bに架け渡し、ロッド部材51の下端部に下側板部材53を装着し、さらに、雄ねじ部51aにナット55を締結して上側係止部材52と下側板部材53とから締結力を、桁床大梁12A、12Bの上面と桁屋根大梁13A、13Bの下面から入力する。【選択図】図14B
