WEDGE BINDING STRUCTURE OF TEMPORARY STRUCTURE AND WEDGE BINDING METHOD
To provide a wedge binding structure capable of striking a head or tip of a wedge member by a tool relatively easily even when other temporary member is situated near a top surface or a bottom surface of a wedge binding part while reducing load or burden in work of operators or the like striking the head of the wedge member of upper floor level and a wedge binding method.SOLUTION: The wedge binding structure of a temporary structure (10) comprises a wedge binding member (11) arranged at a support pole (1), a wedge engaging part (13) mounted to a horizontal member (3,4) or a diagonal member (6) and a wedge member (12) allowing a frictional engagement with the wedge binging part and the wedge engaging part. An opening (11c, 11d, 13c, 13d) forming a ramp for insertion of the wedge member allowing a press fit of the wedge member obliquely downward. The wedge member press fit into the ramp obliquely downward allows the frictional engagement with the wedge binding part and the wedge engaging part and allows the wedge connection with the wedge binding part and the wedge engaging part. A central axis of the ramp is inclined at 20-40 degrees relative to a horizontal plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】楔緊結部の上面近傍又は下面近傍に他の仮設部材が位置する状態であっても比較的容易に楔部材の頭部及び先端部を工具で打撃し得るとともに、上層床レベルの楔部材の頭部を工具で打撃する作業者等の作業上の負荷又は労力を軽減し得る楔緊結構造及び楔緊結方法を提供する。【解決手段】仮設構造物の楔緊結構造(10)は、支柱(1)に配設された楔緊結部(11)と、横架材(3,4)又は斜材(6)に取付けられた楔係合部(13)と、楔緊結部及び楔係合部に摩擦係合可能な楔部材(12)とから構成される。斜め下方に楔部材を圧入可能な楔部材挿入用の斜路を形成する開口部(11c,11d,13c,13d)が楔緊結部及び楔係合部に形成される。斜路に斜め下方に圧入された楔部材は、楔緊結部及び楔係合部に摩擦係合して楔緊結部及び楔係合部を楔結合する。斜路の中心軸線は、例えば、水平面に対して20〜40度の角度をなして傾斜する。【選択図】図1
