BINDING DEVICE FOR WEDGE BINDING TYPE SCAFFOLD
To provide a binding device for wedge binding type scaffold which maintains the un-locked wedge always in a proper position so that binding/unbinding work and bundling work for packing can be done smoothly.SOLUTION: A binding device consists of: a metallic socket 2 which is U-shaped in the planar view and is fixed to an outer surface 11 of a support post 1; a metallic insertion fitting 4 with a wedge 5 which is fixed vertically to an end surface 31 of a cloth member 3; and a compression coil spring 6 which is arranged on the upper side of the inner surface of a vertical wall 41 of the metallic insertion fitting 4 and which energizes the upper side of the wedge 5 toward the back. The upper side of the wedge 5 is pushed to the end surface 31 of the cloth member 3 by elastomeric force of the compression coil spring 6, which maintains the un-locked status of the wedge 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】アンロック状態のくさびが常に適正な位置に保持されるようにして、緊結および緊結解除の作業ならびに梱包時の結束作業をスムーズに行いうる、くさび緊結式足場における緊結装置を提供する。【解決手段】緊結装置は、支柱1の外側面11に固着された平面より見てコ字形のソケット金具2と、布材3の端面31に垂下状に固着されたくさび5付きインサート金具4と、インサート金具4における垂直壁41内面の上部に設けられて、くさび5の上部を後方に向かって付勢する圧縮コイルばね6とを備えている。圧縮コイルばね6の弾性力によって、くさび5の上部が布材3の端面31に押し付けられることにより、くさび5のアンロック状態が保持される。【選択図】図３
