WEDGE BINDING METAL FITTING IN TEMPORARY STRUCTURE
To provide a wedge binding metal fitting that is mounted on a circular tube pillar in a temporary structure, thereby binding a connection member to the pillar more closely with a wedge.SOLUTION: In a state where a circumferential surface of a pillar is held by a first arm (25A) and a second arm (25B) on each of which wedge binding means (25a) is provided, an end part of one arm fixes a bolt holding part (29) for holding a fastening bolt (31) so as to freely rotate and so as to move only in a tangential direction of the circumferential surface, and an end part of the other arm fixes a nut constitution part (30) including a screw hole (32) in which a shaft part of the fastening bolt is screwed. The bolt holding part (29) forms a space part (35) between a first pivotally supporting part (33) for inserting the shaft part on the tip side of a shaft part (31a) of the fastening bolt and a second pivotally supporting part (34) for inserting the shaft part on the base end part. The shaft part (31a) of the fastening bolt (31) has coming-off prevention means (36) inside the space part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】仮設構造物における円管製の支柱に取付けることにより、該支柱に対する連結部材を楔により緊結させるための楔緊結用金具を提供する。【解決手段】それぞれ楔結合手段(25a)を設けた第1アーム(25A)と第2アーム(25B)により支柱の円周面を挟持した状態で、一方のアームの端部は、締結ボルト(31)を回動自在かつ前記円周面の接線方向にのみ移動自在に保持するボルト保持部(29)を固設し、他方のアームの端部は、前記締結ボルトの軸部を螺入させるネジ孔(32)を備えたナット構成部(30)を固設しており、前記ボルト保持部(29)は、前記締結ボルトの軸部(31a)の先端側の軸部を挿通させる第1軸支部(33)と、基端側の軸部を挿通させる第2軸支部(34)の間に空間部(35)を形成しており、前記締結ボルト(31)の軸部(31a)は、前記空間部の内部において抜け止め手段(36)を設けている。【選択図】図1
