CONTAMINATED SOIL TREATMENT METHOD
To provide a contaminated soil treatment method that enables efficient reuse of contaminated soil.SOLUTION: A contaminated soil treatment method includes: a registration step of measuring a content of soil components and an elution amount of harmful substances for contaminated soil and registering at least the content of soil components in a database 32; an insolubilization treatment step of insolubilizing contaminated soil in which the elution amount of harmful substances exceeds a second elution amount standard larger than a soil elution amount standard, so that the elution amount of harmful substances is not more than the second elution amount standard; and a control step of when the elution amount of harmful substances exceeds the soil elution amount standard, carrying the contaminated soil after the insolubilization treatment to a specific location including a site of a cement factory 20 and storing the contaminated soil thereon, and when the elution amount of harmful substances is not more than the soil elution amount standard, storing the contaminated soil in situ 10 or carrying the same to the specific location, and registering the storage location of the contaminated soil in the database 32 and controlling the same. Contaminated soil is selected using the database 32 to be used as a raw material in cement production.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
