The columnar part 1 comprises: a first cylindrical body 2 being cylindrical that is partially embedded in the ground and extends in the vertical direction; a second cylindrical body 3 being cylindrical that is arranged inside the first cylindrical body 2 and extends in the vertical direction through the ground and above the ground; and a plurality of third cylindrical bodies 4 being cylindrical that are arranged between the first cylindrical body 2 and the second cylindrical body 3, aligned in the circumferential direction of the first and second cylindrical bodies 2,3, and each extending in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
