GUIDE RAIL STRUCTURE IN BUILDING SHUTTER DEVICE
To give strength to a guide rail 3 itself for guiding the ascent/descent of a shutter curtain 2 for opening/closing an aperture E and enable the guide rail 3 to be used both for inside storage specification in which a winding shaft 4 is arranged on an indoor side and for outside storage specification in which the winding shaft is arranged on an outdoor side.SOLUTION: A groove bottom piece 3a, first and second groove side pieces 3b, 3 from a groove aperture side to the groove bottom piece 3a and an inside corner part 3m of the groove to be engaged by a wind resistant hook 2b that is provided on a shutter curtain 2 are provided in a guide rail 3 so that strength is given to the guide rail as an extrusion-molded steel product. In addition, the second groove side piece 3c on which the inside corner part 3m of the groove is provided is attached and fixed to a pillar 6 so that the guide rail 3 is used for inside storage specification or, on the contrary, the first groove side piece 3b is attached and fixed to the pillar 6 so that the guide rail 3 is used for outside storage specification.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
【課題】開口部Ｅの開閉をするシャッターカーテン２の昇降案内をするガイドレール３自体を強度があるものにすると共に、該ガイドレール３を、巻取りシャフト４が屋内側に配される内部納まり仕様と、屋外側に配される外部納まり仕様とに共用できるようにする。【解決手段】ガイドレール３を、溝底片部３ａと、溝開口側部から溝底片部３ａに至るまで第一、第二の溝側片部３ｂ、３と、シャッターカーテン２に設けた耐風フック２ｂが係止する溝内コーナー部３ｍとを備えたものとして鋼材の押出成形されたものとして強度を付与されたものにすると共に、ガイドレール３を、溝内側コーナー部３ｍが設けられる第二溝側片部３ｃを支柱６に取付け固定して内部納まり仕様にし、逆に第一溝側片部３ｂを支柱６に取付け固定して外部納まり仕様にするようにしてガイドレール３を両仕様に共用できるようにする。【選択図】図１７
