GUIDE RAIL STRUCTURE IN SHUTTER DEVICE FOR BUILDING
To improve wind resistance of an inner rail part 7 formed of a groove bottom side half part 12 and an opening side half part 13 in a guide rail 3 for guiding opening and closing of a shutter curtain 2 having an inner and outer double rail structure which allows the inner rail part 7 to be removed from an outer rail part 6, thereby the shutter curtain 2 being able to be exchanged.SOLUTION: A reinforcing part 12e projecting to a groove deeper side from a groove bottom surface part 12a is formed at a groove bottom side half part 12. At an opening side half part 13, an extension part 13d extended to the groove deeper side in a state opposing to a groove bottom side groove side surface part 12b and a partitioning surface part 13c for partitioning the extension part 13d and an opening side groove side surface part 13a are formed, and the partitioning surface part 13c and an engaging piece part 12c are provided so as to be positioned on the substantially same line in a forward and backward direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】シャッターカーテン2の開閉ガイドをするガイドレール3を内レール部7を外レール部6から取外しできる内外二重レール構造として、シャッターカーテン2の交換ができるようにしたものにおいて、溝底側半部12と開口側半部13とにより構成される内レール部7の耐風力をさらにアップさせる。【解決手段】溝底側半部12に溝底面部12aよりも溝奥側に延出した補強部12eを形成し、開口側半部13に、溝底側溝側面部12bに対向する状態で溝奥側に延長した延長部13dと、延長部13dと開口側溝側面部13aとを仕切る仕切り面部13cとを形成し、仕切り面部13cと係止片部12cと前後方向略同一線状に位置するよう設ける。【選択図】図10
