To provide a joining method and a joining structure capable of absorbing the construction error.SOLUTION: An joining method according to an embodiment comprises the steps of: arranging a first receiving member 30 and a second receiving member 40; arranging a second concrete member 20 along a joining direction; moving the second receiving member 40 along the joining direction D1 and fixing the second receiving member 40 to a first end surface 12; filling a filler 50 in a gap S formed between the first end surface 12 and the second receiving member 40; connecting the second concrete member 20 to a first concrete member 10; and tensioning the second concrete member 20 together with the first concrete member 10 along the joining direction D1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
