JOINING STRUCTURE AND JOINING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure capable of shortening a construction period.SOLUTION: A beam member 3 is arranged on the side of a column member 1 with a predetermined space between them. A wedge member 15a having a joint surface 17a on the left side and having a taper surface 19a on the right side and a wedge member 15b having a joint surface 17b on the right side and having a taper surface 19b on the left side, are arranged between a joint surface 11 of the column member 1 and a joint surface 13 of the beam member 3. The wedge members 15a and 15b are arranged with the taper surfaces 19a and 19b facing each other. Afterwards, a tension material 23 is inserted into a sheath pipe 7 of the column member 1, holes 21a and 21b of the wedge members 15a and 15b and a sheath pipe 9 of the beam member 3, and the beam member 3 is press-fitted to the column member 1 by introducing tensioning force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】工期短縮を図ることができる接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】梁部材3を柱部材1の側方に所定の間隔をあけて配置する。柱部材1の接合面11と梁部材3の接合面13との間に、左面に接合面17aを有し、右面にテーパ面19aを有する楔部材15aと、右面に接合面17bを有し、左面にテーパ面19bを有する楔部材15bを配置する。楔部材15a、15bは、テーパ面19a、19bを合わせて配置される。その後、緊張材23を、柱部材1のシース管7、楔部材15a、15bの孔21a、21b、梁部材3のシース管9に通し、緊張力を導入して梁部材3を柱部材1に圧着する。【選択図】図3
