ZIRCONIA CALCINED COMPACT, ZIRCONIA SINTERED COMPACT AND LAMINATE
To provide a zirconia sintered compact in which distorted shrinkage deformation is suppressed.SOLUTION: A zirconia calcined compact for dental processing is obtained by firing a laminate consisting of a plurality of zirconia layers comprising zirconia and yttria as a stabilizer suppressing the phase transition of zirconia and having different compositions. Using the one obtained by molding the zirconia calcined compact into a rectangular parallelepiped shape having a width of 50 mm, a height of 10 mm and a depth of 5 mm as a test piece 22, provided that faces having a width 50 mm and a depth 5 mm in the test piece are defined as bottom faces 22a, boundary faces formed by the plurality of zirconia layers 23a, 23b, 23c, 23d are parallel to the bottom faces, and, in the test piece after sintering, when, in the two bottom faces, the bottom face 22a that deforms in concave shape is placed side down, (maximum space between the bottom face that deforms in concave shape and a contact face)/(distance between contacts parts in the width direction)×100 is 0.15 or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】いびつな収縮変形を抑制したジルコニア焼結体を提供する。【解決手段】ジルコニア及びジルコニアの相転移を抑制する安定化剤としてイットリアを含有し、組成が異なる複数のジルコニア層からなる積層体を焼成してなる歯科加工用ジルコニア仮焼体であって、前記ジルコニア仮焼体を幅50mm×高さ10mm×奥行き5mmの寸法の直方体形状に成形したものを試験片22とし、前記試験片において、幅50mm×奥行き5mmとなる面を底面22aとしたとき、前記複数のジルコニア層23a、23b、23c、23dによって形成される境界面が前記底面と平行になっており、焼結後の前記試験片において、2つの前記底面のうち、凹面に変形した底面22aを下にして載置したとき、(凹面に変形した前記底面と接地面との最大間隔)/(前記幅方向における接地部分間の距離)×100が0.15以下である。【選択図】図2
