CORE MEMBER INSTALLATION JIG
To provide a core member installation jig allowing quick actions to be made for malfunction or like of a jig and repeatable use over a prolonged period.SOLUTION: A core member installation jig is used for installing a core member A in soil cement below a work ground surface. The core member installation jig 2 comprises : a pair of hanging plates 3, 3 vertically arranged on a lower end part of the jig body 2 along front and rear faces of a web A1 of the core member A made of H-steel; and a core member connection device 4 attached on an outside surface of one of the hanging plates 3 of the hanging plates 3, 3 and connecting the hanging plates 3, 3 and an upper end part of the core member A. The core member connection device 4 is provided with: the pair of the hanging plates 3, 3 for the front and the rear; hanging holes 3b, 3b formed in communication with an upper end part of the web A1 of the core member A and a connection pin 5 detachably inserted in a hanging hole A3; and an air or hydraulic cylinder 6 actuating the connection pin 5. The connection pin 5 is detachably attached on a projected rod 6b on the piston 6a of the cylinder 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】治具の不具合い等に迅速に対応でき、かつ長期間に渡って繰り返し使用できる芯材落し込み治具を提供する。【解決手段】作業地盤面より下方のソイルセメント内に芯材Ａを建て込むのに用いる。治具本体２と、治具本体２の下端部にＨ形鋼からなる芯材ＡのウェブＡ1の表裏面に沿って垂設された一対の吊り込み板３，３と、吊り込み板３，３の一方の吊り込み板３の外側面に取り付けられ、吊り込み板３，３と芯材Ａの上端部とを連結する芯材連結装置４とから構成する。芯材連結装置４は表裏一対の吊り込み板３，３と、芯材ＡのウェブＡ1の上端部に連通して形成された吊り込み孔３ａ，３ａと吊り込み孔Ａ３に脱着可能に挿入される連結ピン５と、連結ピン５を作動させるエアまたは油圧式のシリンダー６を備える。連結ピン５はシリンダー６のピストン６ａに突設されたロッド６ｂに脱着可能に取り付ける。【選択図】図２
