To achieve a stable operation of a vehicle opening/closing body upon initiation of opening/closing movement thereof.SOLUTION: An opening/closing control unit 103 includes a first duty ratio calculation section 1 that calculates a duty ratio Duty_org of a PWM signal supplied to an electric motor 5, a second duty ratio calculation section 114 that calculates a correction duty ratio Duty_am which is an addition of an offset value Duty_ost to the duty ratio Duty_org, and a duty ratio output section 115 that outputs the corrected duty ratio Duty_am to the electric motor 5. The offset value Duty_ost is set to decrease toward the end position of an acceleration zone Za.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
