To provide a disaster prevention sandbag without environmental load and capable of constructing a stronger dike than conventional ones.SOLUTION: A disaster prevention sandbag in accordance with the present invention is produced by filling a bag with a mixture of molten slag produced through a grinding or fracturing process on general waste as material and water-absorbing polymer material, wherein a designed CBR value of the molten slag is equal to or more than 20% and its absolute volume percentage is more than 55%. Its permeability is secured by using the molten slag made from the general waste as an aggregate and its water absorptive function as the sandbag is to be adjusted with content of the high water-absorbing polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】環境負荷がなく、且つ従来に比べて堅固な堰を構築することが可能な防災土嚢を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る防災土嚢は、一般廃棄物を原料とし摩砕処理もしくは破砕処理された溶融スラグと、高吸水性高分子材とが混合された状態で袋に充填され、溶融スラグは、設計ＣＢＲ値が２０％以上、且つ実積率が５５％超である。一般廃棄物を原料とする溶融スラグを骨材として使用することで透水性を確保し、高吸水性高分子材の含有量によって防災土嚢としての吸水性を調整する。【選択図】なし
