WHITE AQUEOUS MAGNETIC COATING MATERIAL AND WHITE MAGNETIC SHEET USING THE SAME
To provide a white magnetic coating material which is coated onto a building material and is dried to obtain a white soft magnetic building material, does not cause corrosion of a magnetic surface and is coated onto a wall surface, and a white magnetic sheet mounted to the wall surface, and the like.SOLUTION: A white aqueous magnetic coating material obtained by dispersing iron sand having a particle size of 30 μ or more and 110 μ or less as a main component and hard ferrite magnetic powder in a white aqueous resin coating material containing a white pigment is prepared, may be coated onto a wall surface and be dried, may be coated onto a sheet member and be dried and then be peeled, or can be coated onto a double-sided adhesive sheet and be dried to directly obtain a magnetic sheet 11 constituting a magnetic layer 10 with an adhesive and release paper 3. The magnetic powder is crushed, classified and secured as necessary. The aqueous resin coating material is preferably an emulsion coating material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】建装材に塗布・乾燥させて白い軟磁性建装材とする事ができ、磁性面の錆びの心配がない、壁面に塗装する白い磁性塗料、及び壁面等に装着する白い磁性シートの提供。【解決手段】粒子径が３０μ以上１１０μ以下を主成分とする砂鉄やハードフェライト磁性粉等を、白色顔料を含有する白色水性樹脂塗料に分散して成る白色水性磁性塗料を作成し、壁面に塗布・乾燥させても良く、シート部材に塗布・乾燥させた後剥離しても良く、又、両面粘着シートに塗布・乾燥して、粘着剤及び離型紙３付きの磁性層１０の構成を成す磁性シート１１を直接得る事が出来る。磁性粉は必要に応じて粉砕し分級して確保する。水性樹脂塗料はエマルジョン塗料が好ましい。【選択図】図３
