【課題】本発明は、従来技術に比べて無機顔料の添加量を増大させることなく、隠蔽性が良好な白色シートや白色シートを基材層とした化粧シート、あるいはそれらの化粧シートの製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本実施形態に係る白色シート２は、Ｄ６５光源で測色した反射色度が、Ｌａｂ表色系でＬ*が９０以上１００以下の範囲内であり、ａ*が－１．５以上＋１．５以下の範囲内であり、ｂ*が－１．５以上２．０以下の範囲内であり、分光反射率が、５００ｎｍ以上６５０ｎｍ以下の範囲内に極小値を持つことを要旨とする。【選択図】図７
