ELECTRIC OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE OF SWING DOOR FOR VEHICLE
To provide an electric opening/closing device of a swing door for a vehicle, where a structure of a locking mechanism of the swing door is capable of locking/unlocking the swing door in an arbitrary position, an abnormality in an electric motor can be detected by a current change using a current sensor, the swing door can be stopped suddenly when an obstruction contacts the swing door during an opening/closing operation, and the swing door can be locked without having to continually push the door to a door packing of a vehicle body by a driving force of the electric motor when the swing door is in a fully closed position.SOLUTION: The electric opening/closing device of the swing door for the vehicle comprises: the electric motor for driving the opening/closing of the swing door; an electromagnetic brake fitted to a motor shaft, capable of arbitrarily braking and restraining a rotation of the motor shaft; an arm attached to a rotation shaft fitted to the motor shaft; and the swing door attached to the arm. The opening/closing device is capable of locking/unlocking the swing door in the arbitrary position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】スイングドアの施錠機構の構造を、スイングドアを任意の位置で施錠、解錠することを可能とし、電流センサーにより電動モータの異常を電流変化で検出し、開閉動作中にスイングドアに障害物が接触するとスイングドアを急停止することができ、スイングドアが全閉位置にあるとき電動モータの駆動力によりドアを車体のドアパッキンに押し続ける必要が無く、スイングドアをロックすることが可能な車両用スイングドアの電気式開閉装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】車両用スイングドアの電気式開閉装置において、スイングドアの開閉駆動用の電動モータと、モータ軸に篏合しモータ軸の回転を任意に制動、拘束可能な電磁ブレーキと、モータ軸に篏合する回転軸に取り付けられるアームと、アームに取り付けられるスイングドアと、を備え、スイングドアを任意の位置で施錠、解錠することを可能にしたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図１
