Swing door opening and closing device for vehicle
The present invention relates to a swing door opening and closing device for a vehicle, which comprises: a fixing member attached to a vehicle body side; a checker arm having one end hinged to the fixing member to be rotated, and positioned between a door and a vehicle body; and an opening/closing means attached to a door side, accommodating the checker arm therein, engaged with the checker arm to transmit a driving force by a driving motor to the checker arm so as to allow the door to perform a swing motion with respect to the vehicle body. The opening and closing means includes: a wheel gear connected to the driving motor to be rotated; a driving shaft disposed coaxially with the wheel gear, and moved in an axial direction between a first position engaged with the wheel gear and a second position not engaged with the wheel gear, and having one side engaged with the checker arm at the first position to transmit a rotational force of the wheel gear to the checker arm, and the other side to be engaged with the wheel gear; and an elastic spring for pressing the driving shaft toward the first position engaged with the wheel gear. When an external force is applied to the door to manually open the door, the driving shaft coupled with the checker arm is moved to the second position while overcoming an elastic force of the elastic spring. Also, the external force is not applied to the door, the driving shaft transmits the rotational force of the driving motor to the checker arm while returning to the first position.
본 발명은 차량용 스윙 도어 개폐장치에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 차체측에 부착되는 고정부재와, 일단이 상기 고정부재에 힌지결합되어 회전하며 도어와 차체 사이에 위치하는 체커아암과, 도어측에 부착되되 상기 체커아암을 내부에 수용하고 상기 체커아암과 맞물리면서 구동모터에 의한 구동력을 상기 체커아암에 전달하여 도어가 차체에 대해서 스윙운동할 수 있도록 하는 개폐수단을 포함하는 차량용 스윙 도어 개폐장치에 있어서, 상기 개폐수단은, 상기 구동모터에 연결되어 회전하는 휠기어; 상기 휠기어와 동축상에 배치되고, 상기 휠기어와 맞물리는 제1위치와 상기 휠기어와 맞물리지 않는 제2위치 사이에서 축방향으로 이동하고, 일측은 제1위치에서 체커아암과 맞물려서 휠기어의 회전력을 상기 체커아암으로 전달하고 타측은 상기 휠기어와 맞물릴 수 있는 구동축; 상기 구동축을 상기 휠기어와 맞물리는 제1위치쪽으로 가압하는 탄성스프링;을 포함하되, 도어를 수동으로 개방하기 위하여 도어에 외력이 가해지는 경우에는, 상기 체커아암과 결합된 구동축이 탄성스프링의 탄성력을 극복하면서 제2위치로 이동하고, 도어에 외력이 가해지지 않은 경우 상기 구동축은 탄성스프링에 의하여 제1위치로 복귀하면서 구동모터의 회전력을 체커아암에 전달하는 차량용 스윙 도어 개폐장치에 대한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a swing door opening and closing device for a vehicle, which comprises: a fixing member attached to a vehicle body side; a checker arm having one end hinged to the fixing member to be rotated, and positioned between a door and a vehicle body; and an opening/closing means attached to a door side, accommodating the checker arm therein, engaged with the checker arm to transmit a driving force by a driving motor to the checker arm so as to allow the door to perform a swing motion with respect to the vehicle body. 본 발명은 차량용 스윙 도어 개폐장치에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 차체측에 부착되는 고정부재와, 일단이 상기 고정부재에 힌지결합되어 회전하며 도어와 차체 사이에 위치하는 체커아암과, 도어측에 부착되되 상기 체커아암을 내부에 수용하고 상기 체커아암과 맞물리면서 구동모터에 의한 구동력을 상기 체커아암에 전달하여 도어가 차체에 대해서 스윙운동할 수 있도록 하는 개폐수단을 포함하는 차량용 스윙 도어 개폐장치에 있어서, 상기 개폐수단은, 상기 구동모터에 연결되어 회전하는 휠기어; 상기 휠기어와 동축상에 배치되고, 상기 휠기어와 맞물리는 제1위치와 상기 휠기어와 맞물리지 않는 제2위치 사이에서 축방향으로 이동하고, 일측은 제1위치에서 체커아암과 맞물려서 휠기어의 회전력을 상기 체커아암으로 전달하고 타측은 상기 휠기어와 맞물릴 수 있는 구동축; 상기 구동축을 상기 휠기어와 맞물리는 제1위치쪽으로 가압하는 탄성스프링;을 포함하되, 도어를 수동으로 개방하기 위하여 도어에 외력이 가해지는 경우에는, 상기 체커아암과 결합된 구동축이 탄성스프링의 탄성력을 극복하면서 제2위치로 이동하고, 도어에 외력이 가해지지 않은 경우 상기 구동축은 탄성스프링에 의하여 제1위치로 복귀하면서 구동모터의 회전력을 체커아암에 전달하는 차량용 스윙 도어 개폐장치에 대한 것이다.
