The present invention relates to a vehicle swing door opening/closing device and, more specifically, to a vehicle swing door opening/closing device wherein an opening/closing means thereof comprises: a housing having a receiving space formed therein; a rotation means disposed in the housing and allowing a checker arm to be slidingly movable while being engaged with the checker arm; an armature rotating in cooperation with the rotation means; a friction plate moving between a first position at which the friction plate is spaced from the armature and allows the armature to be independently rotatable and a second position at which the friction plate comes into contact with the armature and is rotated in cooperation with the armature; a gear member rotating in cooperation with the friction plate and connected to a driving motor to receive a driving force of the driving motor; and a press means coming into contact with the friction plate to allow the friction plate to be gradually movable to the second position from the first position.
