UNIT ROOM FOR WATER SUPPLY EQUIPMENT
To provide a unit room for water supply equipment capable of ensuring reliable watertightness without requiring any special skills of builders.SOLUTION: Disclosed unit room for water supply equipment 1 includes: a first building material 2 that has a joint part that is to be joined with other building materials; a water tight adhesive layer 16 formed by applying a heat-liquefied adhesive in a continuous linear manner to the adhesive region A1 of the joint part of the first building material; and a second building material 4 having a joint part that is adhered in a watertight and re-adhesive manner to the water tight adhesive layer and is joined to the first building material via the water tight adhesive layer after the temperature of the watertight adhesive layer drops to room temperature. After the first building material and the second building material are once glued via the watertight adhesive layer, when the first building material and the second building material are peeled off, the entire watertight adhesive layer remains on the side of the first building material without breaking. In the joint part of the first building material, a non-adhesive area A2 where the watertight adhesive layer that is deformed due to joining the first building material and the second building material does not adheres is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】施工者による特別な技能を必要とせず、確実な水密性を確保することができる水回り設備用ユニットルームを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の水回り設備用ユニットルーム１は、他の建材と接合される接合部が設けられた第１の建材２と、この第１の建材の接合部の粘着領域Ａ１に、加熱して液状化された粘着剤を連続した線状に塗布して形成された水密粘着層１６と、この水密粘着層と水密且つ再粘着可能に粘着される接合部を備え、水密粘着層の温度が常温まで低下した後、水密粘着層を介して第１の建材と接合される第２の建材４と、を有し、第１の建材と第２の建材が水密粘着層を介して一旦粘着された後、第１の建材と第２の建材の粘着を剥がしたとき、水密粘着層全体が破断されずに第１の建材の側に残り、第１の建材の接合部には、第１の建材と第２の建材が接合により水密粘着層が変形された水密粘着層が粘着しない非粘着領域Ａ２が設けられている。【選択図】図３
