To provide a unit room for water supply equipment capable of responding to social demands for resource conservation and CO2 reduction.SOLUTION: Disclosed unit room for water supply equipment 1 includes: first building materials 2, 6, 8 and second building materials 4, on which a joint part to be joined to each other is provided; and watertight adhesive layers 16, 22, 26 that are formed linearly in the joint part by continuously applying an adhesive liquefied by heating. The joint parts of the first building material and the second building material are watertightly glued to each other via the watertight adhesive layer after the temperature of the watertight adhesive layer has lowered to room temperature, and when the first building material and the second building material are peeled off at room temperature after the first building material and the second building material are once glued to each other via the watertight adhesive layer, the entire watertight adhesive layer can be peeled off from both the first building material and the second building material without breaking.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】資源保護やＣＯ２の削減等に対する社会的要請に応えることができる水回り設備用ユニットルームを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の水回り設備用ユニットルーム１は、互いに接合される接合部が設けられた第１の建材２，６，８及び第２の建材４と、この接合部に、加熱して液状化された粘着剤を連続して線状に塗布して形成された水密粘着層１６，２２，２６と、を有し、第１の建材及び第２の建材の接合部は、水密粘着層の温度が常温まで低下した後、水密粘着層を介して互いに水密に接合され、第１の建材と第２の建材が水密粘着層を介して一旦粘着された後、常温下で第１の建材と第２の建材の粘着を剥がしたとき、水密粘着層全体は、破断されずに第１の建材及び第２の建材の双方から剥離可能である。【選択図】図１
