To provide a unit room for water supply equipment capable of ensuring reliable watertightness without requiring any special skills of builders.SOLUTION: Disclosed unit room for water supply equipment 1 includes: a first building material 2 provided with a joint part that is joined to another building material; a watertight adhesive layer 16 formed in a continuous linear manner by applying a heat-liquefied adhesive in a joint part 18 of the first building material; and a second building material 4 having a joint part that is adhered to the watertight adhesive layer in a watertightness and re-adhesive manner, which is to be joined to the first building material via the watertight adhesive layer after the temperature of the watertight adhesive layer lowers to the room temperature. In the joint part of the first building material, an adhesive region A1 to which the watertight adhesive layer is pre-adhered is provided, and a non-contact area A2 is provided adjacent to the outside of this adhesive area so that, after the first building material and the second building material are once glued via the watertight adhesive layer, the entire watertight adhesive layer is not broken and remains on the side of the first building material even when the first building material and the second building material are peeled off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】施工者による特別な技能を必要とせず、確実な水密性を確保することができる水回り設備用ユニットルームを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の水回り設備用ユニットルーム１は、他の建材と接合される接合部が設けられた第１の建材２と、この第１の建材の接合部１８に、加熱して液状化された粘着剤を連続した線状に塗布して形成された水密粘着層１６と、この水密粘着層と水密且つ再粘着可能に粘着される接合部を備え、水密粘着層の温度が常温まで低下した後、水密粘着層を介して第１の建材と接合される第２の建材４と、を有し、第１の建材と第２の建材が水密粘着層を介して一旦粘着された後、第１の建材と第２の建材の粘着を剥がしたとき、水密粘着層全体が破断されずに第１の建材の側に残るように、第１の建材の接合部には、水密粘着層が予め粘着された粘着領域Ａ１が設けられていると共に、この粘着領域の外側に隣接して非接触領域Ａ２が設けられている。【選択図】図３
