To improve a productivity.SOLUTION: In the perforated panel material having a back panel 20 with a number of through holes 21 overlapped by matching hole positions on a back side of a front panel 10 with the coated surface and a number of through holes 13, each of the through holes 13 of the front panel 10 has an annular projection 14 projecting toward the back side at its inner rim part, each of the through holes 21 of the back panel 20 is annularly fitted into the outer periphery of the annular projection 14, a bent part 11 in a shape covering an end side of the back panel 20 is provided at the end side of the front panel 10, and a slide margin s1 as a gap is guaranteed between an end of the back panel 20 and the bent part 11 facing the end, the gap allowing movement of the back panel 20 in a surface direction relative to the front panel 10 when the through hole 21 of the back panel 20 is fitted into the annular projection 14 of the front panel 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 生産性を向上する。【解決手段】 表面が塗装され多数の貫通孔１３を有する表パネル１０の裏側に、多数の貫通孔２１を有する裏パネル２０を、孔位置を合わせて重ね合わせている有孔パネル材において、表パネル１０の各貫通孔１３は、その内縁部分に、前記裏側へ突出する環状突起１４を有し、裏パネル２０の各貫通孔２１は、環状突起１４の外周に環状に嵌り合っており、表パネル１０の端部側には、裏パネル２０の端部側を覆う形状の曲部１１が設けられ、裏パネル２０の端部と該端部に対向する曲部１１の間には、裏パネル２０の貫通孔２１を表パネル１０の環状突起１４に嵌め合わせる際に、裏パネル２０を表パネル１０に対し面方向へ移動可能にする隙間であるスライド代ｓ１が確保されている。【選択図】 図２
