To improve a productivity.SOLUTION: In the perforated panel material having a back panel 20 with a number of through holes 21 overlapped by matching hole positions on a back side of a front panel 10 with the coated surface and a number of through holes 13, each of the through holes 13 of the front panel 10 has an annular projection 14 projecting toward the back side at its inner rim part, each of the through holes 21 of the back panel 20 is annularly fitted into the outer periphery of the annular projection 14, a bent part 11 in a shape covering an end side of the back panel 20 is provided at the end side of the front panel 10, and a slide margin s1 as a gap is guaranteed between an end of the back panel 20 and the bent part 11 facing the end, the gap allowing movement of the back panel 20 in a surface direction relative to the front panel 10 when the through hole 21 of the back panel 20 is fitted into the annular projection 14 of the front panel 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 生産性を向上する。【解決手段】 表面が塗装され多数の貫通孔13を有する表パネル10の裏側に、多数の貫通孔21を有する裏パネル20を、孔位置を合わせて重ね合わせている有孔パネル材において、表パネル10の各貫通孔13は、その内縁部分に、前記裏側へ突出する環状突起14を有し、裏パネル20の各貫通孔21は、環状突起14の外周に環状に嵌り合っており、表パネル10の端部側には、裏パネル20の端部側を覆う形状の曲部11が設けられ、裏パネル20の端部と該端部に対向する曲部11の間には、裏パネル20の貫通孔21を表パネル10の環状突起14に嵌め合わせる際に、裏パネル20を表パネル10に対し面方向へ移動可能にする隙間であるスライド代s1が確保されている。【選択図】 図2
