To provide an operation method and an operation device for a mechanical parking device, allowing re-opening of an entrance door calmly and safely even after the entrance door is closed when loading a vehicle.SOLUTION: The operation method of a mechanical parking device has an interactive mode allowing re-opening of an entrance door calmly and safely without causing maloperation in a hurry, when a user leaves his/her belongings or notices that a person is left in a vehicle after loading the vehicle in a loading berth and closing the entrance door. The "interactive mode", after the entrance door is closed, allows re-opening of the entrance door after confirming whether or not the user has a trouble, when the user touches the screen of an operation panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】入庫時に出入口扉を閉鎖した後であっても冷静かつ安全に出入口扉を再開放することができる、機械式駐車装置の操作方法及び操作装置を提供する。【解決手段】機械式駐車装置の操作方法は、利用者が入庫バースに車両を入庫して出入口扉を閉鎖した後、利用者が忘れ物をした場合や中に人が残っていることに気付いた場合に、慌てて誤操作することなく冷静かつ安全に出入口扉を再開放することができる対話モードを備えている。「対話モード」は、扉閉工程後、利用者が操作盤の画面に触れることにより、利用者に困り事が生じているか否かを確認し出入口扉を再開放可能なモードである。【選択図】図３
