To provide a metal fitting capable of being easily mounted on a suspension bolt, and free from disengagement from the suspension bolt even when a fastening bolt is loosened.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A fixing metal fitting 10 for a suspension bolt comprises: a plate-like supporting member 20; a screwing member 22 fixed to the supporting member 20 and provided with a female screw 36 on a semi-cylindrical inner surface; a pressing mounting member 24 including a fastening portion 38 fastened to the supporting member 20, a pressing portion 40 formed integrally with the fastening portion 38, opposed to the screwing member 22 to be separated therefrom and close thereto, and capable of pressing a suspension bolt 14 engaged with the female screw 36 of the screwing member 22, and a mounting portion 42 formed integrally with the fastening portion 38; and a fastening member 26 for fastening the supporting member 20 and the fastening portion 38 of the pressing mounting member 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
