SUSPENSION BOLT MOUNTING METAL FITTING
To provide a suspension bolt mounting metal fitting for mounting a suspension bolt for suspending various pipes or a frame structure to a die steel and the like.SOLUTION: The suspension bolt mounting metal fitting is composed of a main hook member 2 provided with each of hook parts 9b, 14b that can be fitted inwardly from both sides with respect to both sides of an attached plate, a sub-hook member 3, one main bolt 1 and a suspension bolt supporting member 4. The main hook member 2 is supported inside a head part 1a of the main bolt 1 in such a way that it can be rotated against the main bolt 1. The sub-hook member 3 is provided with an open screw hole 15 allowing the main bolt 1 to be screw-fitted into it. The suspension bolt supporting member 4 is freely fitted to the main bolt 1 in an axial movable manner between the main hook member 2 and the sub-hook member 3, there is provided an open screw hole 20a penetrated through in an orientation perpendicular to the main bolt 1 below the main bolt 1. An upper end 5a of a suspension bolt 5 screw-fitted into the open screw hole is press-contacted with the main bolt 1 so as to fix a position of the suspension bolt supporting member 4 with respect to the main bolt 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】各種配管やフレーム構造体を吊り下げる吊下げボルトを、型鋼などに取り付けるための吊下げボルト取付け金具を提供する。【解決手段】被取付け板部の両側辺に対し両側から内向きに嵌合可能なフック部９ｂ，１４ｂをそれぞれ備えた主フック部材２と副フック部材３、１本の主ボルト１、及び吊下げボルト支持部材４から成り、主フック部材２は、主ボルト１の頭部１ａの内側に、当該主ボルト１に対し相対回転可能に支持され、前記副フック部材３は、主ボルト１が螺合貫通する貫通ネジ孔１５を備え、吊下げボルト支持部材４は、主フック部材２と副フック部材３との間で主ボルト１に軸方向移動自在に遊嵌するもので、主ボルト１の下側で当該主ボルト１と直交する向きに貫通する貫通ネジ孔２０ａを備え、この貫通ネジ孔に螺合貫通させた吊下げボルト５の上端５ａを主ボルト１に圧接させて、主ボルト１に対する吊下げボルト支持部材４の位置を固定出来る構成。【選択図】図１
