RECONSTRUCTION METHOD OF UNDERGROUND SKELETON
To provide a reconstruction method of an underground skeleton allowing demolition of existing piles without roughening a floor surface upon the demolition of the existing plies.SOLUTION: A reconstruction method of an underground skeleton is to construct a new underground skeleton 2 after demolishing an existing underground skeleton 1 having existing piles 10. The reconstruction method of the underground skeleton includes steps S1 to S3 of arranging a temporary floor surface 34 above a floor surface 35 of the new underground skeleton 2 and excavating the ground from a ground surface 30 to the temporary floor surface 34 while demolishing the existing underground skeleton 1, and a step 4 of demolishing the existing piles 10 to a floor surface level with a heavy machine 36 by deploying the heavy machine 36 on the temporary floor surface 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】既存杭を解体する際、床付面を荒らすことなく既存杭を解体できる、地下躯体の建替え方法を提供すること。【解決手段】地下躯体の建替え方法は、既存杭１０を有する既存地下躯体１を解体した後に、新設地下躯体２を構築する。地下躯体の建替え方法は、新設地下躯体２の床付面３５より上方に仮床付面３４を設定し、地表面３０から仮床付面３４まで既存地下躯体１を解体しながら掘削するステップＳ１〜Ｓ３と、仮床付面３４上に重機３６を配置し、重機３６で既存杭１０を床付面レベルまで解体するステップＳ４と、を含む。【選択図】図６
