RECONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION WITH UNDERGROUND SKELETON
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reconstruction method of a concrete construction with an underground skeleton which allows construction where neighboring buildings are adjacent to each other and allows new building processes such as decomposition of the underground skeleton and formwork to be separately performed to make the processes safe without mixing-up the processes.SOLUTION: A reconstruction method comprises: erecting shaped steels 5 in an internal peripheral of an underground skeleton whose upper ends reach the ground surface after fracturing dirt floors of the underground skeleton whose aboveground part is demolished; fracturing the underground skeleton step by step from the upper end to a lower end within a range of a height and a width which do not cause adjacent ground to breakdown, while soil retaining boards 8 connected to the shaped steels 5 are inserted to close a fractured part whenever fractured; and constructing form frames 19 using the soil retaining boards 8 as outer side concrete panels after all of fractured underground wall surfaces are covered by the soil retaining boards 8 to construct a new underground skeleton.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
【課題】隣接構造物が近接していても施工が可能なうえ,地下躯体の破砕解体と型枠工事等の新築作業を各別に行うことができ,作業が交差することがなく安全に作業を行うことができる地下躯体を有するコンクリート構築物の建替工法を提供する。【解決手段】地上部を解体した地下躯体の土間を破砕後、上端が地表面に達する形鋼5を地下躯体の内周に立設したうえ、隣接地盤が崩壊しない高さと幅で地下躯体を上端から下端に向って逐一破砕を行うとともに、破砕の都度形鋼5に接続した土留板8で破砕部を塞いでゆき、破砕された全ての地下壁面を土留板8で覆った後、土留板8を外側のコンクリートパネルとして型枠19を構築して新たな地下躯体を建築する。【選択図】図16
