CEILING AIRTIGHT STRUCTURE OF EXPLOSION PROOF CLEAN ROOM
To provide a ceiling airtight structure of an explosion proof clean room capable of stably ensuring airtight properties of a gap portion between an outer periphery edge of a ceiling of the explosion proof clean room having an inner ceiling pressurization chamber system and a building component member such as a wall material.SOLUTION: A spacer member 26 extends in substantially horizontal directions (T1, T2) along an outer peripheral edge 15a of a ceiling 15, the spacer member comprising a fixing part 30 which is fixed to one face of a building component member (20), a hanging part 31 which hangs with a gap H1 in the substantially horizontal directions (T1, T2) from one face of the building component member (20) from the fixing part 30, and a protruding part 32 which is arranged in a protruding state below the ceiling 15 from a lower edge of the hanging part 31 with a gap H2 from the ceiling 15 in a vertical direction T3. Also, a first airtight member 27 is inserted between the ceiling 15 and the protruding part 32, a second airtight member 28 is inserted between the building component member (20) and the hanging part 31, and a third airtight member 29 is inserted between the building component member (20) and the fixing part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】天井内加圧チャンバ方式の防爆クリーンルームの天井部の外周端部と壁材などの建物構成材との間の隙間部分の気密性を長期にわたって安定的に確保することが可能な防爆クリーンルームの天井部気密構造を提供すること。【解決手段】建物構成部材(20)の一面に固着される固着部30と、固着部30から建物構成部材(20)の一面と略水平方向(T1、T2)に隙間H1をあけて垂設される垂下部31と、垂下部31の下端部側から天井部15の下方に、天井部15と鉛直方向T3に隙間H2をあけて突設される突出部32と、からなるスペーサー部材26を、天井部15の外周端部15aに沿って略水平方向(T1、T2)に延設する。また、天井部15と突出部32との間に第1の気密部材27を介設し、建物構成部材(20)と垂下部31との間に第2の気密部材28を介設し、建物構成部材(20)と固着部30との間に第3の気密部材29を介設する。【選択図】図4
