WOODEN BUILDING STRUCTURE
To provide a wooden building structure that makes environmental protection, construction period shortening, cost reduction, unit production or the like possible and can improve design of exterior appearance and interior appearance, sound insulation performance and fire resistance efficiency.SOLUTION: A whole constitution 100 of a wooden building structure is formed by combining a column and beam component 200 made of reinforced concrete structure (RC structure) and a floor and wall component 300 made of cross laminated timber (CLT). The column and beam component 200 is constituted with columns 220 made of reinforced concrete structure (RC structure) and beams 230 made of reinforced concrete structure (RC structure), and a RC frame 210 is constituted by joining these multiple columns 220 and beams 230 vertically and horizontally. The floor and wall component 300 is constituted with floors 310 made of cross laminated timber (CLT) and walls 320 made of cross laminated timber (CLT).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 環境保護、工期短縮、費用軽減、ユニット生産等を可能とすると共に、外観及び内観のデザイン、遮音性能及び耐火性能も向上可能な木造建築構造を提供する。【解決手段】 木造建築構造の全体構成100を、鉄筋コンクリート構造(RC構造)から成る柱及び梁の構成部分200と、直交集成板(CLT)から成る床及び壁の構成部分300と、を合体させたものとする。柱及び梁の構成部分200は、鉄筋コンクリート構造(RC構造)から成る柱220と、鉄筋コンクリート構造(RC構造)から成る梁230と、から構成され、これら複数の柱220と梁230とを縦横に連結して、RCフレーム210を構成する。床及び壁の構成部分300は、直交集成板(CLT)から成る床310、直交集成板(CLT)から成る壁320と、から構成する。【選択図】 図1
