JOINT HARDWARE, AND METHOD FOR CONNECTING JOINT PRECAST MEMBER AND COLUMN MEMBER
To provide a joint hardware which can secure mutual transmission of stress between a joint part, and a column and a beam with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A joint hardware 30 used in a mixed structure 1 having a reinforced-concrete column 2 and a steel beam 3 includes: a cylindrical-shaped blocking plate 31 which is vertically formed with openings 31a and 31b; a pair of upper and lower diaphragms 32 and 33 having main reinforcement through holes 32b and 33b through which a main reinforcement 23 of a first concrete column member 20 passes; and a connection beam part 34 extending in a horizontal direction from the side part of the blocking plate 31 and the diaphragms 32 and 33. The connection beam part 34 is composed of H-shaped steel having a web 34b and flanges 34a in upper and lower parts thereof, and a main beam part 3a is connected to the tip thereof. The diaphragms 32 and 33 are joined to the blocking plate 31 so as to block the openings 31a and 31b. On the base end of the connection beam part 34, the upper and lower flanges 34a and 34a are joined to the side faces of the diaphragms 32 and 33, and the web 34b is joined to the outer peripheral surface of the blocking plate 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡潔な構造で仕口部と柱、梁との応力の相互伝達を確保できる仕口金物を提供する。【解決手段】鉄筋コンクリート柱2と鉄骨梁3を有する混合構造体1に用いられる仕口金物30は、筒形状をなし上下に開口31a,31bが形成された塞ぎ板31と、第1コンクリート柱部材20の主筋23が通る主筋貫通孔32b,33bを有する上下一対のダイアフラム32,33と、塞ぎ板31及びダイアフラム32,33の側方から水平方向に延びる接続梁部34と、を備える。接続梁部34はウェブ34bとその上下のフランジ34aとを有するH形鋼で先端に主梁部3aが接続される。ダイアフラム32,33は、開口31a,31bを塞ぐように塞ぎ板31に接合される。接続梁部34の基端において、上下のフランジ34a,34aはダイアフラム32,33の側面に、ウェブ34bは塞ぎ板31の外周面に、接合される。【選択図】 図1
