To provide a sound insulation structure of a partitioning wall which can further improve sound insulation performance.SOLUTION: A sound insulation structure of a partitioning wall comprises: a floor material which is formed with a floor face orienting to an indoor space side; a ceiling material which is formed with a ceiling face opposing the floor face in a vertical direction across the indoor space; a partitioning wall which extends in the vertical direction so as to partition the indoor space in a horizontal direction, and is arranged with a clearance between at least either of the floor face and the ceiling face and itself; and a sound insulation material which is composed of an elastic material, and includes a portion arranged in the clearance in a state of being compressed in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
