To provide an asphalt mixture component information estimation system and component information estimation method which can estimate component information including the grain size of aggregates and the asphalt content rate of the asphalt mixture with a small work load and easily determine the quality of the asphalt mixture.SOLUTION: A component information estimation system 80 comprises: an acquisition device 85 which acquires a supply amount of aggregates to a mixer and a new asphalt supply amount Ga; imaging devices 81, 82a, 82b, 82c which image the aggregates before mixing the aggregates with the asphalt; image analysis processing devices 83, 84 which perform the image analysis processing to the photographed image data and measures the pre-mixing aggregate grain size of the aggregates; and a computing device 86 which calculates the entire aggregate grain size Yj and asphalt content rate Z contained in the asphalt mixture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】少ない作業負担でアスファルト混合物の骨材の粒度及びアスファルト含有率を含む成分情報を推定し、アスファルト混合物の品質を容易に判定することができるアスファルト混合物の成分情報推定システム及び成分情報推定方法を提供することである。【解決手段】成分情報推定システム８０は、ミキサへの骨材の供給量と、新規アスファルト供給量Ｇａとを取得する取得装置８５と、骨材とアスファルトとを混合する前に骨材を撮影する撮像装置８１，８２ａ，８２ｂ，８２ｃと、撮影した画像データに対して画像解析処理を行い、骨材の混合前骨材粒度を測定する画像解析処理装置８３，８４と、アスファルト混合物に含有される全体骨材粒度Ｙｊ及びアスファルト含有率Ｚを算出する演算装置８６とを備える。【選択図】 図２
