To provide a component information estimation system of an asphalt mixture for acquiring component information of the asphalt mixture in a state where aggregate and asphalt are mixed with a small workload.SOLUTION: In an asphalt plant 100 for producing an asphalt mixture M by mixing aggregate and asphalt by a mixer 80, a component information estimation system 1 for estimating information on components of the asphalt mixture M comprises: an imaging device 2 for imaging the asphalt mixture M in the mixer 80; an image analysis unit 3 for analyzing a picked-up image picked up by the imaging device 2; and an operation unit 4 for estimating aggregate particle size of aggregate contained in the asphalt mixture M and the content rate of asphalt contained in the asphalt mixture M based on the analysis result of the image analysis unit 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
