To significantly improve reliability relating to electrodes compared to the prior arts.SOLUTION: A dimming film 1 is provided, which includes a first laminate 5D including at least a first alignment layer 13 on a first substrate 6, a second laminate 5U including at least a second alignment layer 17 on a second substrate 15, and a liquid crystal layer 8 disposed between the first and second laminates 5D, 5U, and which controls transmitted light by driving electrodes 11, 16 disposed in the first and second laminates 5D, 5U, respectively. The electrodes 11, 16 are formed of conductive layers comprising conductive nanowires. The liquid crystal layer 8 contains a dichroic dye.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
