To provide a remote control support system capable of providing a system for ensuring operator workability.SOLUTION: A remote control support system 10 includes: a pick-up image acquisition unit 101; a peripheral worker determination unit 102; a notification act determination unit 103; and a notification signal generation unit 104. The notification signal generation unit 104 is configured to, when the peripheral worker determination unit 102 determines that peripheral workers exist around the work machine and when the notification operation determination unit 103 determines that the operators perform the notification operation, generate a recognition notification signal for letting the peripheral workers to recognize the existence of the work machine and output the recognition notification signal to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】オペレータの作業性を確保するシステムを提供することができる遠隔操作支援装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】遠隔操作支援装置１０は、撮像画像取得部１０１と、周辺作業者判定部１０２と、報知動作判定部１０３と、報知信号生成部１０４と、を有する。報知信号生成部１０４は、周辺作業者判定部１０２において、周辺作業者が作業機械周辺に存在すると判定し、報知動作判定部１０３において、オペレータが報知動作を行ったと判定した場合、前記周辺作業者に前記作業機械の存在を認識させるための認識報知信号を生成し、前記認識報知信号を外部に出力する。【選択図】図２
