FLOOR MATERIAL WITH EXCELLENT SHAPABILITY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material that is excellent in shapability for shaping an irregular pattern on a floor material surface, hardly generates harmful gas during combustion and has excellent workability.SOLUTION: A floor material 1 is made by laminating a lower resin layer 3 on undersurface side of an upper resin layer 2 to integrate the upper resin layer and the lower resin layer. The upper resin layer 2 is a resin sheet with tensile elastic modulus of 1 MPa to 50 MPa and coefficient of linear expansion of 10.0×10/K to 15.0×10/K. The lower resin layer 3 is a resin sheet with tensile elastic modulus of 10 MPa to 100 MPa and coefficient of linear expansion of 10.0×10/K or less. The thickness of the upper resin layer 2 is 0.6 mm to 3.5 mm, while that of the lower resin layer 3 is 0.3 mm to 1.5 mm. An irregular pattern is formed by embossing on the upper resin layer 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
