To provide a carpet with reduced floor impact noise having excellent lightweight floor impact noise attenuation performance and heavy floor impact noise attenuation performance for a long period of time.SOLUTION: The present disclosure provides a carpet with reduced floor impact noise 11 including a shock absorbing member 13 on the base side surface of a carpet 12. The shock absorbing member 13 has at least two fibrous layers 14A and 14B, and a polymer layer 15 disposed between these at least two fibrous layers 14A and 14B. The at least two fibrous 14A and 14B layers have different Young's moduli. The polymer layer 15 is denser and heavier than any of the at least two fibrous layers 14A, 14B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
