To provide pile driver soundproof structure and sound proof method in which a soundproof effect of noise generated when a pile such as a steel pipe pile is installed by a pile driver is greatly improved.SOLUTION: A soundproof structure 10 of a pile driver 11 for preventing noise generated when a pile 14 such as a steel pipe pile is installed includes a soundproof cap 20 arranged on a pile head of the pile 14 and a soundproof cover 30 arranged on a lower end 13 of the pile driver 11, and has a fitting groove 24 fit to an upper end edge in the pile head of the pile 14 provided on a lower surface side of the soundproof cap 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
