BUCKLE-RESTRAINT BRACE
To provide a buckle-restraint brace, which is fit for the usage being infixed in the structure of wooden buildings being able to prevent wooden restraint bodies from breakage caused by so-called additional bending moment acting on them due to the frames severely deformed during, for instance, a great earthquake.SOLUTION: A buckle-restraint brace in this invention comprises: a core member 10 consisting of a first plate 11 and a second plate 12, both of which are made of steel and perpendicularly cross each other; and a wooden restraint body 20, which is formed with a pair of wooden restraint members 21 arranged abutting against two wide faces 11c of the first plate 11, and a pair of wooden side members 22 connected to the pair of restraint members 21. A first bolt hole unit 21b is formed by first bolt holes 21a arranged at positions corresponding between the pair of restraint members 21 with first long bolts 31 inserted and tightened with nuts. A second bolt hole unit 22b is formed by second bolt holes 22a and 22c arranged at positions corresponding between the pair of side members 22 and the restraint members 21 with second long bolts 41 inserted and tightened with nuts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】木造建築物の架構内に組み込んで使用するのに好適であり、例えば大地震時に架構が大きく変形し、所謂付加曲げモーメントが木製拘束体に作用して破損することを解消できる座屈拘束ブレースを提供すること。【解決手段】鋼製で相互に直交する第一プレート11と第二プレート12とを備えている芯材10と、第一プレート11の二つの広幅面11cに当接するように配設されている木製で一対の拘束材21と、一対の拘束材21に接続されている木製で一対の側材22とにより形成される木製拘束体20とを有し、一対の拘束材21の対応する位置に第一ボルト孔21aが開設されて第一ボルト孔ユニット21bを形成し、第一長ボルト31が挿通されてナット締めされており、一対の側材22と拘束材21の対応する位置に第二ボルト孔22a,22cが開設されて第二ボルト孔ユニット22bを形成し、第二長ボルト41が挿通されてナット締めされている。【選択図】図4
