ROLLING COMPACTION VEHICLE
To provide a rolling compaction vehicle capable of constantly adjusting a water sprinkling width appropriately without ignoring driving operation or consideration for the surroundings in addition to reduction of fatigue of an operator.SOLUTION: A determination area Er is extracted from a road surface image captured by a rear camera 30 during forward movement of a vehicle 1 with waster sprinkling from a road surface water sprinkling nozzle 19, a penetration area E2 where the density is increased by penetration of water on the road surface is specified based on change in the density of each pixel in the car width direction within the determination area Er to determine the length of the penetration area in the car width direction as an actual water sprinkling width L. As shown in the left side of the figure, for example, when the actual water sprinkling width L increases up to a maximum value S5 under the effect of road surface inclination with respect to a target water sprinkling width Ltgt set to an intermediate value S3, discharge rate of a water sprinkling pump 23 is reduced to weaken strength of water from the road surface water sprinkling nozzle 19, and thereby the actual water sprinkling width L is adjusted to the side closer to the reduction to match with the target water sprinkling width Ltgt as shown in the right side of the figure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】オペレータの疲労を軽減した上で、運転操作や周囲への配慮を疎かにすることなく常に適切に散水幅を調整できる転圧車両を提供する。【解決手段】路面散水ノズル19からの散水を伴った車両1の前進中において、後方カメラ30に撮像された路面画像から判定領域Erを抽出して、判定領域Er内の車幅方向の各画素の濃度変化に基づき、路面上の水の浸透により濃度が濃くなった浸透領域E2を特定し、その車幅方向の長さを実散水幅Lと判定する。例えば図中の左側のように、中間値S3に設定された目標散水幅Ltgtに対し、路面勾配の影響を受けて実散水幅Lが最大値S5まで増加してしまった場合、散水ポンプ23の吐出量を減少させて路面散水ノズル19からの水の勢いを弱めることにより、図中の右側に示すように実散水幅Lを縮小側に調整して目標散水幅Ltgtと一致させる。【選択図】図3
