REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION SUPPORT SERVER, REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION SUPPORT SYSTEM, AND REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION SUPPORT METHOD
To provide a technique which can smoothen a work of a work machine when the same work machine is remote control operated by a different operator or through a different remote control operation device.SOLUTION: When remote control operation of a work machine 40 through one remote control operation device 20 as a first remote control operation device is stopped by one operator, in a case in which the other operator who may continuously perform remote control operation on the same work machine 40 through the other remote control operation device 20 as a second remote control operation device is present, the work machine 40 is continuously operated without stopping the operation of an engine 460 of the work machine 40. For this reason, the other operator re-starts the engine 460 of the work machine 40 that is an operation object of the first remote control operation device through the second remote operation control device, and can immediately perform remote control operation of the work machine 40 without warming up.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】異なるオペレータによりまたは異なる遠隔操作装置を通じて同一の作業機械が遠隔操作される際、当該作業機械の作業の円滑化を図ることができる技術を提供する。【解決手段】一のオペレータにより第1遠隔操作装置としての一の遠隔操作装置20を通じた作業機械40の遠隔操作が停止される際、第2遠隔操作装置としての他の遠隔操作装置20を通じて同じ作業機械40を続けて遠隔操作する可能性がある他のオペレータが存在する場合、当該作業機械40のエンジン460の動作が停止されずに継続される。このため、当該他のオペレータは第2遠隔操作装置を通じて、それまで第1遠隔操作装置の操作対象であった作業機械40のエンジン460を再起動させて暖機運転をさせることなく、直ちに当該作業機械40を遠隔操作することができる。【選択図】図1
